Ink Wastewater Treatment Machine

Ink Wastewater Treatment Machine applied in the treatment of ink wastewater from the flexo printer slotter machines. Through using a special heat pump, the ink wastewater inside the tank is vaporized and physically separated. Using the closed-loop cooling circuit of a heat pump to generate heat and separate water from the concentrate. The separated clear water can be recycled, with the concentrate being recycled ink that can be mixed with black new ink or commissioned for deeper processing.

Through the use of steam as the heat source and in conjunction with vacuum technology and cooling towers, a crystalline drying equipment is developed. This equipment features a scraper design to prevent scaling and blockage of concentrates, achieving liquid and solid separation.
