Inline flexo folder gluer is a complete equipment to set it for the corrugated box flexo printing, slotting, folding gluing and shaping by computerized system. The options are semi auto pre feeder, automatic strapping machine and robot palletizer system.

Automatic Flexo Printer Slotter Die Cutter used for the corrugated box flexo printing slotting die cutting production. The gearbox 4 shafts automatic lead edge feeding. Printing cylinder and slotting shaft phases adjusted by servo motors. Printing units are equipped with vacuum transfer. 10 shafts and double slotter design. Indepent IR dryer and coating unit as optional.

Automatic Folder Gluer Stitcher used in corrugated carton boxes packaging folding gluing stitching. It is with order memory system and servo motors controlling operation system.

Automatic Inline Folder Gluer Stitcher mainly application in food corrugated carton box, fruit carton box, industry carton box and other various corrugated packaging application. It’s with high speed folding gluing stitching production, PLC program system and order memory system application.

Ink Wastewater Treatment Machine

Ink Wastewater Treatment Machine applied in the treatment of ink wastewater from the flexo printer slotter machines. Through using a special heat pump, the ink wastewater inside the tank is vaporized and physically separated. Using the closed-loop cooling circuit of a heat pump to generate heat and separate water from the concentrate. The separated clear water can be recycled, with the concentrate being recycled ink that can be mixed with black new ink or commissioned for deeper processing.

Two Piece Joint Stitcher

Two Piece Joint Stitcher for the corrugated boards stitching machine with touch screen operation. The stitching distance can be 30-120mm. The stitching speed is 500 stitches/minute.

Ink Wastewater Solidification Machine

Ink Wastewater Solidification Machine applied in the solidification of ink wastewater from the flexo printer slotter machines and gravure printing machines. Through the use of hot air pump as the heat source and developed a crystal drying equipment. This equipment features a scraper design to prevent scaling and blockage of concentrates, achieving liquid and solid separation.
